My name is Craig, and I’m passionate about helping tactical athletes achieve their full potential through optimal nutrition. My journey began with 21 years of dedicated service in the military, where I experienced firsthand the critical role nutrition plays in mission success. Now, I’m bringing that experience, combined with my academic and professional training, to you.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences, and I’m a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach. This background allows me to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical application, providing you with nutrition strategies that are both effective and sustainable.
