Ingredients
 

  • 10 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 100 grams dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Recon Prep: If dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  • Pulse & Process: In a food processor, combine almonds and cocoa powder. Pulse until finely ground.
  • Mission Blend: Add dates, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture becomes sticky and clumps together. (If it's too dry and falls apart when pressed, add 1 teaspoon of water and blend again. If it seems too wet and loose, add more crushed nuts, seeds, or oats, and blend once more.)
